This studio is on the seventh floor, accessible by elevator.
The space offers a well-equipped kitchen including a full-size fridge/freezer and washer/dryer to enable long stays. We’ve equipped it with all the cookware you’ll need to whip up meals, including an Airfryer, as well as a Nespresso machine and coffee plunger.
Nearby, Clifton and Camps Bay offer world-famous sandy beaches. They can be reached easily by Uber.

The apartment block is located next to a small shopping centre with a Woolworths supermarket, laundromat, and dining options.

Guest access

Guests will have pedestrian access to the building via Arthur Street. A concierge on the ground floor will manage access. The apartment is secured with an electronic smart lock linked to a unique code for your stay.
